I take the measure

safeguarding the treasure

of  me, children and her

I recall the days

as story bears

of some soothing inlays

I see future in multi forms

family, business, community in tandem

bracing ourselves for the worst that might come

It's the threat that's looming

out of political turmoil

grabbing the essence of fair play

who knows it could be late to say sorry

It's the community, truly in great danger

disobeying rules, feeding anger

plunging souls with damned dagger.

And business is dragging its foot

the need to put eggs in many bowls

to ensure relevance to needy souls.

constructions, health services and plantations

remaining as core, requiring aggressions

overlapping tourism as sustainable union.

for me and for you my dear,

it's the direction,  ought to be clear

easing tensions, actions all in full gear

I pray to Allah

may future be bright Insya Allah

for blessed life, full of Barokah

The sign

The sign is spectacles

it is not the norm in web community
it's my way of saying "oh, I see"

The blog was created for one reason
a dedication to a dear friend i know
an interactive version of call and chat
to sooth mind and soul
to share little things that makes life

I have never retracted that solemn promise
to share and communicate, the way I see
a platform created years ago, a diary of sort
It's alright, come and see, a post a day

The letter box will stay as I breath my own soul
a concern for a dear friend, years I have known

Where ever , journey will always be full of rocks and stones

I have never considered visiting and commenting
as disturbing privacy, 
For it had remained public, going without stopping
as statement of soul

Defining my life, as being complete
my dear, it could be premature
for journey is very long and far
not just family and business
my utmost concern by far is them
the needy souls, our company depending on
which explains the concept of expecting and accepting

why she had to say it loud

wondering why she has to look for new job.

Is it really necessary
Is it unfounded concern and worry

Could the two be business frontiers.
Could the two be new job offers.

The Pressure On Her

to work
in the same big set-up
with multi business areas
having husband as the boss
I truly understand the pressure she had to endure.

 It's the big ecosystem
of suppliers, vendors and customers
all having a little say and share.
A little tilt here and there
will disturb the equilibrium
and she continuously look at the balance
and put weightage on every business venture
on a long term scale.

It's either offspring or splinter from the main business.

Beauty too require constant handling,
 not just general health of vitamins and pills

and with the  trade agreements,  US sponsored,
signals had been coming
that a few business areas will be affected.

It was said pharmacy and beauty products
would be first to crumble
and to prepare and brace ourself
against all eventuality is the priority

we have a few options

Research

If that's the S** you a re looking for, then you are into a big place which do regulatory works and  look after the health-check of companies.  They hold secrets of corporate sickness,  marriages and divorce. I said marriage referring to the corporate "merger" and acquisitions  game.  The S** understands integrity well, and can pin point where are the loopholes. The corporate dirty game, arm twisting is nothing new, in fact very universal....

I am not too sure which area you are looking for...., market research, corporate management issues, integrity, malpractices, inside jobs?..... or just CORPORATE TRAINING issues?

S** would exert directives to ensure clean healthy business environment... healthy business climate. Business people on the other hand can be very smart, creative, beating around rules and regulations......, huh.  It's bread and butter of business people....

Connecting the dots.

a river and its tributaries network

When I said business like a river
flowing down to the sea
joined by its tributaries
I really mean it.

It was years ago since we started off
venturing into pharmacy outlets
Now we begin to lay down the connectivity
with a friend, a researcher on herbal medicine
with another friend who really has green fingers
then river and its connectivity begin to take shape

As we move on seriously on pharmaceutical industry,
I just wonder how precious life is to some
willing to put aside a big sum to stay healthy
and as herbal medicine begins to pick popularity
much bigger than its early days
we rolled out capital and reaped in profits

Then memories keep coming back
what arwah opah used to talk about ulam
except we convert ulam to capsules

It is almost like a river
coming down from highland
falling down through falls and rapids

Top-down and Bottom-up, where do we balance the two.

I wouldn't dare to describe the two
in it's whiteness and blackness
and be precise at the same time
which on to use.

I would rather look at the two
as being dependant, very much inclusive
and the two exist in some sort of pendulum
being able to sway up and down
very cyclic, very harmonic.

There are times when things had to be very tight
it's a clear top-down manoeuvre
when the chance appear that requires immediate grab
when there is no seconds to be wasted.

And we fully understand about ideas coming from them
energizing their thinking skills and teamwork
creating some sort of loyalty
greasing the teamwork for better performance.

On hindsight, after years of involvement
where progress and profit matters
we do blend the two somehow
like  melody to the song
like rainbow on the sky

and the ability to switch and sway
over the two approaches
is very much experiential

My dear, their inclusive existence
is a matter of options
and we can never go wrong
if the awareness about potentials and pitfalls
is well rooted.
