Not that I am good

But I always available

for both light and deep discussions
on issues

and time that I had gone through
both emotional and experiential
in life and work
had somehow shaped my basic approach

I had allowed myself
to walk through WORK
at times I thought quite unconventional
but close friends understand
when to allow space creative overdose
to come up with BEST OPTION.

and I wonder how she copes
with multi-roles
especially her studies.

neat mess

I know a person

who loves to tie up the mess

into something neater
her way

definitely not with a pencil. 

and I remembered about SSM she asked once........

The other day we were discussing about that accumulated fund

formally known as h  r  d  f

and the new HR guy proposed the idea of outsourcing.

Not that I disagree

but I always believe

that the best part of training

is walking through

the real journey

as we set out targets

of developmental growth
as we execute the plans
as we manoeuvre through
unexpected business fall
as we press for cqi
to understand, take stock and improve
as we agree on bonuses
to appreciate the effort of loyal team

call it immersion

call it experiential

call it whatever.

I love my people so much

that I would not allow aliens

to touch their souls

to "neat mess" our team.

Then I wonder

if it's wrong

to be too possessive.

ever changing ecosystem

I thought about it often

as we delved into change management
that we were quite choosy.

Most changes are natural
reacting on new inputs and expectations,
on ever changing ecosystem.

Over reacting could just
push us out of the environment,
out of the business ecosystem...

So we play it natural
like  a tree in a forest of trees.
We nudge a little
not hurting neighbours.
We may also give hands
to help out other friends.

It's totally different
when we are embarking on
a new business adventure......

That's when the true form
of change management takes place
all the steps
all the way............
