really a venture of true grit
It's the scale of investment
so large, scare me off earlier on
but as we scrutinise the business plan
the new adventure is just a slight deviation
There are other things within the plantation
thriving within the rows of palms
there are ferns and orchids
some i had never seen
and they are birds too
either small or large
and I love the sight of white earlobes
we call them ayam hutan.

ReplyDeleteI would place ayam kampung as no 1, followed by ayam hutan, and ayam daging yg bulat tu as the last.... on taste alone, not about keras or lembut...
